May 16, 2020, Peshawar--Manmeet Kaur has been nominated for a prestigious award by the Sikh group in the United Kingdom. Kaur has been named among '100 most influential Sikh personalities under 30 years of age' in the world by a UK-based global Sikh organization, one of the top UK honors.

Kaur has promoted interfaith harmony and the rights of minorities in Pakistan for a very long time. Other nominees include Indian singers Ammy Virk, Gaurav Randhawa, and the Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
