Haziran ayı dünyada Travma Sonrası Stres Bozukluğu Farkındalık Ayı olarak kabul ediliyor. Biz de Gazetecilikte Kadın Koalisyonu olarak kadın gazetecilerin mesleklerini icra ederken karşılaştıkları zorluklar ve bunların getirdiği travma ve stres bozukluğu noktasında tek seferlik bir etkinlik düzenlemeye karar verdik.

Yapacağımız etkinlikte stres yönetimi, terapi, dinlenme ve dikkat konularında uzman olan farkındalık (mindfullness) eğitimcisi @selminerk , bizlere günlük hayatımızda kullanabileceğimiz meditasyon pratiklerini gösterecek. Çalışırken, yoğun koşuşturmacaların içinde bir an için durup kendimize gelmek istediğimizde neler yapabileceğimize dair hem konuşup hem de bu tekniklerin pratiğini yapacağız.

Dataharvest – the European Investigative Journalism Conference 2021 – will take place online for a period of three weeks from May 18 to June 3.
